The system is very easy to understand. There are 3 categories. In each category there are points given.
The Points are added to the Page-Score. The higher the score the better the page! It is easy, eh?

1. Style (highest points 5)
5 Points --- very good style
0 Points --- terrible Style

2. Speed (highest points 5)
5 Points --- amazing speed!
0 Points --- slower than a turtle

3. Usefulness (highest Points 10)
10 Points --- It is one of the most useful pages in the Web!
00 Points --- It is the most useless page. :(

4. Page Score (highest Points 20)
20 Points --- Great Page!
00 Points --- If a page gets 0 Points it is really, really bad. A page can hardly achieve 0 Points
